📌 Bukhar (Fever) Ka Ghar Par Ilaj – 5 Asaan Totkay

1. Pani aur Hydration 💧

Bukhar ke dauran badan se bohat paani jata hai. Isliye zyaada se zyaada pani, nariyal pani, ORS ya citrus juice leejen — yeh dehydration rokte hain aur bukhar niche aata hai 3.

2. Thanda/Normal Bath
